Returns Shipping Costs

If you are returning a product for a refund or exchange, please note:

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect item sent) or a confirmed issue such as an allergic reaction (after following the correct return or exchange procedures).

  • If Hale Botanicals has made an error, or if your exchange has been approved due to a reaction, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.

All returns must follow our Returns & Exchange Policy and be approved by our Customer Care team before being sent back to us.

We offer a 45-day money-back guarantee on eligible skincare products, so you can shop with confidence. To ensure fairness and genuine support, the following conditions apply:

  • You must have received guidance from our team (either via email or consultation) and purchased the products we recommended.

  • You must have contacted our Customer Care team during the first 45 days for support and followed any advice provided prior to requesting a return.

  • Refunds apply only to your first purchase of full-sized individual products.

Please note, refunds exclude:

  • Samples and mini products

  • Gift cards

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Beauty tools

  • Change-of-mind or incorrect choice returns

  • Original shipping costs

Return postage is at the customer’s expense. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take up to 5 business days to process after we receive your returned item.

Exchange Policy

At Hale Botanicals, your skin’s health and comfort are at the heart of what we do. While our products are carefully formulated with gentle, natural ingredients, we understand that sensitivities can still occur. We’re here to support you.

We offer product exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect Product Sent:
    If we’ve sent you the wrong product by mistake, we’ll happily organise a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Allergic Reaction:
    If you’ve experienced an allergic reaction after using one of our products, we’ll offer an exchange for a more suitable product. To help us understand and support you properly:

  1. You must contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible after the reaction occurs.

  2. Photos of the reaction must be provided, along with details about when and how the product was used.

  3. A consultation with our team will be required to discuss your experience and ensure we guide you to a more suitable option.

Please note:

  • Exchanges are only processed after we’ve reviewed your case and photos.

  • Products must be returned to us before the exchange is issued.

  • Return shipping for allergic reactions is at the customer’s expense, but we will cover the shipping cost of your replacement product.

  • Exchanges are limited to the same product category (e.g. skincare product exchanged for skincare).
