Store Policies


We will happily exchange or provide a credit note for any product if the following conditions are met:

1. Product is unopened, undamaged and in its original condition.

2. Proof of purchase in the form of a receipt is supplied.

3. Product is returned within 14 days of purchase. 

We will happily provide reimbursement for return postage costs only where the product is deemed faulty.

When a product has been opened, used and/or tested, and the product is not faulty, a refund cannot be given.

Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind purchases or due to any known sensitivities.

Only products which are found to be faulty are eligible for a full refund.

ONLINE: We make every effort to represent colours accurately but we cannot be held responsible for variances due to differences in screen resolutions. 


As part of our wholesale program, stockists are able to place orders quickly and conveniently via our online portal.
